Properties and Usage:

UV absorber UV-329 is a highly efficient UV absorber designed to protect polymers from UV radiation. It has excellent absorption capacity in the 300-400 nanometer band and can convert ultraviolet rays into heat energy, thereby effectively preventing the aging and deterioration of polymers. UV-329 is widely used in a variety of materials, especially for products under outdoor conditions, such as molded products, membrane materials, sheets and fiber products.

Efficiently absorb ultraviolet rays: UV-329 can efficiently absorb ultraviolet light in the 270-400 nm band, providing reliable photostability.

Wide compatibility: Suitable for various polymer materials such as PE, PVC, PP, PS, PC, polypropylene fiber, ABS resin, epoxy resin, resin fiber and ethylene vinyl acetate.

Excellent solubility: soluble in benzene, styrene, ethyl acetate and other solvents, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in water, easy to handle and apply.

Application areas:

Polycarbonate (PC): Recommended for PC products to effectively prevent yellowing and aging and maintain product appearance and mechanical properties.

Polyurethane (PU): It has good compatibility and stability in PU products, improving the weather resistance and service life of the product.

Polyamide (PA): It plays an excellent UV protection role in PA materials and extends the service life of the product.

PVC, PP, PS and other plastic products: can effectively protect plastic products from damage by ultraviolet radiation and improve the weather resistance and stability of the product.
