Photoinitiator TPO-L is a liquid photoinitiator designed for low yellowing and low odor formulation systems. It is widely used in screen printing ink, lithographic printing ink, flexo printing ink, photoresist, varnish, printing plate and other fields.

Wide absorption wavelength: The absorption wavelength of TPO-L in methanol solution is 299nm and 366nm, which is suitable for a variety of UV curing systems.

Application areas:

UV curing coatings and inks: Mainly used for UV curing of unsaturated acrylics, especially suitable for UV curing of white systems and thick film layers. Used for UV curing of acrylic varnish coatings on paper, wood, metal and plastic surfaces, as well as varnish, light-resistant printing plates and other fields.

Recommended dosage: It is usually recommended to add 0.3-5% to allow the polymerizable part to appear in paints and printing inks.

Note: TPO-L is usually used in combination with other photoinitiators such as photoinitiator 184, photoinitiator 1173, photoinitiator TZT or photoinitiator BP to promote surface curing. During storage and handling, light with wavelengths below 500nm should be excluded.
