Properties and Usage:
Photoinitiator PBZ is mainly used for various inks and coatings. It is an initiator with a long-wave absorption molecular structure and is mainly used as a photocuring initiator in colored UV curing formulas. Also used as pharmaceutical intermediates.
The rapid charge transfer between PBP and TEA forms an exciplex, resulting in a photoreduction reaction. Exciplex intermediates are present. A BP series photoinitiator is used to initiate the photoinitiated polymerization of TMPTA. Among them, PBP-TEA are highly efficient and exhibit the same charge transfer induced free radical formation that initiates polymerization of acrylate type monomers.
Storage and transportation:
Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. It should be stored separately from oxidants and edible chemicals, and should not be mixed. Keep the container sealed and away from fire and heat.
Packaging specifications:
Net weight 25KGS/ carton, can also be packaged according to customer requirements.
