IR907 is an efficient UV initiator, used to initiate and promote photochemical reactions. It is used to initiate UV polymerization of unsaturated prepolymer systems. In the UV curing reaction process with polyvalent tetraacrylate (DPEPH) system, DPEPH During the UV curing process, the double bond conversion rate of the carbon-carbon double bonds increases with the increase of illumination time, but tends to be flat in the later stage. The initiating activity of IR907 is significantly greater than that of benzophenone, and as the concentration of photoinitiator IR907 increases, the curing rate first increases and then decreases. After testing, the absorption peak of 907 is between 320-325nm.

Used in UV curing systems and initiators such as 184 and ITX in black/white systems. It can be especially used for curing systems of colored ink systems containing pigments, paper/metal and plastic varnishes and electronic inks to prevent long-term yellowing and extend storage. It can also be used as a UV absorber in cosmetics and other industries. The optimal dosage of photoinitiator is 5% of the monomer mass.

Storage and transportation:

Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. It should be stored separately from oxidants and edible chemicals, and should not be mixed. Keep the container sealed and away from fire and heat.
