Properties and Usage:

1173 is a common cracking photoinitiator. This product not only has the characteristics of high efficiency and non-yellowing, but also can be easily compounded with other photoinitiators, which greatly enhances its application effect in UV curing systems. Its absorption peak is located at 268-280nm. It is a photoinitiator with a shorter wavelength and has extremely high color stability. It has better results when used in conjunction with long-wavelength photoinitiators in colored systems.

In appearance, it is a light yellow transparent liquid with good solubility but insoluble in water. Its low odor properties make the cured coating more environmentally friendly.

Photoinitiator 1173 is not only suitable for unsaturated polyester systems and UV curing systems of multifunctional monomers, but also for acrylic ink coating systems. Combined with polyester, acrylate, reactive diluent, etc. to make light-curing adhesive
