Properties and Usage:
Isobornyl methacrylate is a hydrophobic monomer, the main components of which are α-pinene and B-pinene. It can impart flexibility to the comonomer, improve the water resistance, heat resistance, and weather resistance of the polymer system, and has good hardness and wear resistance. So it is considered an excellent monomer.
It is of interest to thermoplastics because of its good thermal properties. IBOMA is suitable for acrylic resins and powder coating resins with higher thermoplasticity and better thermosetting properties. It can also be used as an adhesive and plastic modifier, and added to UV coatings, inks and adhesives. It can also be used as a reactive diluent and as a pigment dispersant to improve copolymers. In the application of optical resin, it is widely used because of its good refractive index.
Packaging specifications:
The product is packaged in barrels or bottles, net weight 200kg, 25Kg plastic barrels or stainless steel containers.
During transportation, it should be protected from sun, rain and high temperature.
