Characteristics and uses:
UV-944, also known as light stabilizer HS-944, is a white to light yellow granular or powdery chemical substance with excellent compatibility, extraction resistance and low volatility. Its melting point is between 100-135°C and its molecular weight is between 2000-3100. It is a high relative molecular weight stabilizer. The molecular structure of UV-944 mainly contains a large number of methine groups, so it shows stability during thermal oxygen treatment.

Application areas:
UV-944 is mainly used in plastic products as a polymeric high molecular weight hindered amine light stabilizer. It is widely used in the following fields:
1. Plastic products such as low-density polyethylene film, polypropylene fiber, polypropylene tape, EVA film, ABS, polystyrene and food packaging.
2. The application effect is particularly significant in polyolefin plastics (such as PP, PE) and olefin copolymers (such as EVA and mixtures of propylene and rubber, etc.).
3. Can be used in fields such as polyphenylene ether compounds, polyoxymethylene, polyamide, polyurethane, soft and hard PVC and PVC blends.
It also has good effects on styrene, rubber and adhesives.
