Properties and Usage:
Fluorescent Brightener BA, as a high-quality anionic brightener, has excellent performance and a wide range of applications. It has outstanding acid resistance and is suitable for a wide pH range (4.5 to 11). It has fast dissolution speed, high whiteness, never turns yellow, and shows a stable whitening effect. It is mainly used in pulp whitening, surface sizing, coating and other processes. When the pH value is 4.5 to 7, its whitening effect is significantly better than other whitening agents, and the usage can be saved by 15-25%. In addition, the fluorescent whitening agent BA can also be used to whiten cotton, linen, nylon and laundry detergent.
In terms of use, it can be added before alum or cationic additives when whitening the slurry, and the dosage is usually between 0.05-0.4%; in the surface sizing process, it can be matched with synthetic sizing agents such as CMC, PVA, and starch. use
