Properties and Usage:
Rubber Chemicals
Diphenylamine(CAS 122-39-4)is used as an antioxidant and accelerator in the rubber industry to enhance the weathering and oxidation resistance of rubber by inhibiting oxidation reactions.
Dye and Pesticide Synthesis
As a dye intermediate, diphenylamine is involved in the synthesis of a variety of dyes (e.g. Acid Yellow G, Acid Orange N, Acid Ink Blue A, etc.), which enhances the stability and colour depth of the dyes. It also plays a key role in pesticide synthesis as an intermediate to help synthesise highly effective pesticide ingredients.
Explosives and gunpowder stabilisers
In the production of explosives and gunpowder, diphenylamine is used as a stabiliser to inhibit the spontaneous combustion and instability of explosives, ensuring safety in storage and use.
Liquid desiccant and analytical reagent
Diphenylamine is used as a desiccant in organic reactions to remove water from the reaction system. In chemical analysis, it is widely used as redox indicator for the determination of oxidising substances such as nitrates and chlorates.
Storage conditions: Stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse.
Packing: This product is packed in 25kg Bag, and it can also be customized according to customers' requirements
