DINP, whose chemical name is diisononyl phthalate, is a colorless to light yellow liquid viscous.

DINP is mainly synthesized from phthalic acid and isononyl alcohol through an esterification reaction, and has good solubility and processability.

1. Excellent plasticizing properties: DINP has good compatibility with resins such as polyvinyl chloride, high plasticizing efficiency, and has excellent heat resistance, light resistance, aging resistance and electrical insulation.

2. Good heat resistance: DINP has good stability at high temperatures, is not easy to decompose, and is suitable for various processing techniques.

3. Good compatibility: DINP has good compatibility with a variety of resins and additives, and there will be no precipitation even if used in large quantities. It can be used in conjunction with other plasticizers and additives to improve the overall performance of the product.

4. Environmental protection: DINP has low volatility, does not easily emit harmful gases, and meets environmental protection requirements.

5. Aging resistance: Because the carbon chain contained in the chemical formula is long enough, it has better migration resistance and aging resistance.

6. However, the weather resistance of this product is relatively poor.
