Usage:
1. Plastic industry:
-As a heat stabilizer and lubricant for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and other rigid plastic products to improve the processing performance and final quality of the products.
-In the process of manufacturing polyethylene and polypropylene, used as a halogen absorber to help eliminate residual catalysts in the resin, thereby improving the color and stability of the resin.
- Used in the production of soft products that require non-toxicity, such as food packaging films and medical devices, to ensure product safety and environmental protection.
2. Rubber industry:
- Used as a release agent and plasticizer to make rubber products easy to shape and demould, while improving their elasticity.
- Acts as a lubricant to increase the fluidity and handleability of rubber products during processing.
3. Cosmetics and personal care products:
-As an emulsifier and stabilizer, it helps cosmetic ingredients to be evenly mixed and improves the stability and service life of the product.
- Used as a base material in cosmetics such as lotions and creams to increase the smoothness and ductility of the product.
4. Food industry:
-In food processing, it is used as an anti-caking agent and separating agent to prevent the adhesion of finished products and improve the handling and storage of food.
-As a food-grade additive, used to increase the texture of food and maintain its quality.
5. Lubricant and paint industry:
- Used as a thickening agent in lubricating oil to improve the viscosity and lubricity of the oil.
- Used as a flattening agent in the paint industry to enhance the gloss and smoothness of paint.
Due to its low price and non-toxic properties, it is widely used in industrial production. However, despite its many advantages, calcium stearate may suffer from initial coloration problems when heated at high temperatures for a long time. To solve this problem, you can add an appropriate amount of Na2CO3 or NaHCO3 to adjust. Although these substances are highly alkaline, appropriate use can effectively overcome the coloring problem.
Packaging specifications:
It is packed in outer woven bag lined with high pressure polyethylene film bag 20kg/bag or according to customer agreement.
