Bis(2,4,4-trimethylpentyl)phosphinic Acid is an acidic phosphinic acid extractant with excellent metal separation performance. It was originally designed for the separation of nickel and cobalt, but due to its excellent extraction effect, it has been widely used in the separation process of other metal systems.
What is unique about this product is that its active ingredient is organic phosphonic acid, which achieves efficient extraction of metals through a cation exchange mechanism. In the presence of nickel, highly selective extraction of cobalt can be achieved, while other metal ions can also be extracted under different solution pH values.
