Antioxidant DLTDP is a thioester auxiliary antioxidant and can regenerate the hindered phenolic primary antioxidant used together with it. The main use is as an auxiliary antioxidant for PE, PP, PVC, ABS resin, etc., which can significantly change the heat resistance and oxidation resistance of products. Properties and Usage:
1.Decomposition function: Antioxidant DLTDP can effectively inhibit the degreasing or oxidative decomposition of organic polymers and improve the aging resistance of products by decomposing hydroperoxides in the product environment.
2.Wide range of application: Suitable for the production of PE, PP, PVC, ABS resin and other polymers, as well as synthetic rubber and grease and other fields.
3.High-temperature stability: It will not decompose during high-temperature processing and can maintain its antioxidant function to ensure stable product quality.
4.Easy to use: Low melting point makes it easy to integrate into the end product during the production process. And can keep the product used for a long time.
5.Good synergistic effect: The antioxidant DLTDP is often used together with FSCICHEM hindered phenolic antioxidants (such as 1010, 1076, CA, etc.) and Fscichem UV absorbers. It has a good synergistic effect and can significantly improve the antioxidant effect.
6.Environmental protection, low toxicity: Due to its low toxicity, it can be safely used in food packaging materials and can also be used as a food additive for oils and fats. The recommended usage amount does not exceed 0.2%.
