As a general chemical product, this product is a typical phosphite antioxidant.
It can effectively protect the main antioxidants and is non-toxic, non-polluting and low-volatility.
Antioxidant 168 is a phosphite auxiliary antioxidant and one of the products with excellent hydrolytic stability. The mechanism of action is to prevent and slow down the oxidation reaction that occurs in materials by reacting with oxygen. It is widely used in the plastics industry, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, polycarbonate, styrene copolymers and other products. Often used together with hindered phenolic antioxidants such as 1010 and 1076, it has a synergistic effect, providing excellent melt processing properties for the polymer, delaying the aging process, and improving the material's heat resistance and other mechanical properties. It can well protect polymer materials that are prone to discoloration due to high temperatures.
