Properties and Usage:
β-Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (abbreviated NAD+), also known as pyridine diphosphate nucleotide (abbreviated DPN).
1. Used in biochemical studies
NAD+ plays a key role in cellular energy conversion as a coenzyme and its reduced form NADH, and is used to measure cellular metabolic activity and rate.
2.Clinical drug applications
Cardiovascular disease: NAD+ is used to assist in the treatment of coronary heart disease and myocarditis, etc. It can regulate the energy metabolism of the heart, improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and chest tightness, and enhance the function of the heart.
Renal protection: In the case of ischemic injury, NAD+ helps to improve the energy supply of kidney cells, reduce damage, and lower serum levels of urea nitrogen and creatinine.
Inflammatory pain treatment: NAD+ has analgesic effects by regulating SIRT1 and SIRT2 deacetylase activities and relieving inflammatory pain caused by formalin and complete Fuchsin adjuvant (CFA).
Cell repair and anti-aging
NAD+ is essential for cellular DNA repair and energy synthesis. Decreasing levels of NAD+ with age are associated with aging, immune decline, and the development of many diseases. Therefore, NAD+ is considered a key factor in slowing down the aging process and improving cellular self-repair.
Storage conditions: Store in a closed container in a cool and dry place, below 5℃.
Packing: This product is packed in 25kg cardboard drums, and it can also be customized according to customers' requirements
