Abamectin (CAS 71751-41-2) is a low-toxic, highly effective biogenic insecticide and acaricide used in agriculture, animal husbandry and public health. It is the preferred agent for pest and parasite control worldwide.

1. Pest and mite control in agriculture

Avermectin effectively controls chewing and sucking mouthparts pests and mites on a variety of crops, such as cotton bollworm, armyworm, red spider and yellow spider, helping to improve crop yield and quality.

2. Parasite control in animal husbandry

Avermectin is used to expel parasites inside and outside the body of cattle, sheep, pigs and other animals, especially gastrointestinal nematodes, lungworms and skin parasites.

3. Disease-carrying insect control in public health

Avermectin is used to control mosquitoes, fleas and lice, which spread diseases, to reduce the risk of disease transmission.
