Product Description：

Properties and Usage:

1. Chemical raw materials: Furfural is a key intermediate for furan resin, furfuryl alcohol, tetrahydrofuran (THF) and other compounds, and is used to prepare fragrances, plasticizers and pharmaceutical chemicals.

2. Agriculture: used to synthesize pesticides (such as insecticides, herbicides, fungicides) to increase crop yields and disease resistance; also used as feed additives to improve the benefits of animal husbandry.

3. Solvents and additives: Furfural is used for dewaxing in lubricating oil refining to improve oil quality; as an industrial solvent, it is used for the extraction of aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons.

4. Construction and materials: Furfural is used to produce corrosion-resistant coatings and synthetic fibers, and is used in ships, bridges and other fields.

5. New energy: 2-methyltetrahydrofuran (MTHF) is generated through hydrogenation reaction and used as a clean energy additive; in green chemistry, furfural is an important platform for the production of sustainable chemicals.

6. Medicine and food processing: Furfural can also be used to synthesize antibacterial drugs and food preservatives.
